Chelsea are ready to send Fikayo Tomori away on-loan in January.
The defender, 22, has made just one appearance in the Premier League this season.
According to transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, that has convinced him to leave Stamford Bridge next month.
West Ham and Newcastle are among several clubs that have been linked with a loan move for Tomori.
He came agonizingly close to signing for the Hammers during the summer transfer window.
But Tomori snubbed a loan move to West Ham just ten minutes before the deadline.
The two clubs had agreed on a loan fee, but Tomori decided to fight for his spot at Chelsea.
