Atletico Madrid midfielder, Lucas Torreira, is set to return to parent club Arsenal next month.
Torreira has made five LaLiga Santander appearances this season, as well as four in the Champions League since arriving on loan from Arsenal on the same day as Thomas Partey moved in the opposite direction.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Atletico coach Diego Simeone isn’t convinced by the Uruguayan and he could be on his way back to the Premier League when the transfer window opens in January.
That may not be Torreira’s final destination though, as Torino have been linked with the player as they look to strengthen their midfield.
