A patriotic indigene of Awarra autonomous community of Ohaji/Egbema local government council of Imo State, Prince Stephen Lemachi, has advised against insecurity at the community.
He advised the traditional ruler of Ochia, HRH, Eze Ekwueme Ekwueme, the youth and others to join hands to curb restiveness and violence at their enclave, urging all persons of Ochia community to shun violence and other evils with a view to prospering and living comfortably and joyfully.

Speaking with journalists last week during the book lunch of Hon. Goddy Esom Obodo, the General Manager of Adapalm, the business tycoon urged government to empower the youth meaningfully so that youth restiveness, insecurity and other evil practices would be curbed. He said no good business would thrive in the atmosphere of violence which he stressed dwindles the society and destabilizes humanity.

He said “in Ohaji/Egbema, where the problem is coming from is not Umuakpu, Obitti nor from Awara, but Ochia. Awara is very cool now and if their Eze can at least take his stand, come home and bring these boys together, I bet you there will be peace. He is ruling in the diaspora. He is based here in Owerri and does not know what happens at his kingdom”.

Lemachi who is the CEO of Pricha Nig Ltd, appealed to the royal father to take full responsibility of the violence emanating from his community, return to his palace and call his youths to order for peace to reign supreme.

The community leader, who was happy to have joined other dignitaries to grace the rich occasion, commended the book author, Hon. Goddy Esom Obodo for his selfless disposition in working towards the growth and success of youths.
