Anambra Deputy Governor elect, Dr. Onyekachi Ibezim has said that the State will continue its partnership with the church to further promote moral in the society.
Dr. Ibezim said the success of Anambra election was attributed to the heavy prayers said by the people of the state.
He urged the people of the state to remain steadfast and commit the State in the hand of God. Ibezim stated this during a religious event organized by the Commissioner for Lands, Hon. Bonaventure Emenali.

Ibezim in the event which took place in Awka, tagged Expression, called on the youths to take over politics as they are future leaders. “I want to thank you for your prayers. Youths have decided, so we can strongly say Anambra youths are the leaders of today and tomorrow.

“We will do everything possible to sustain this kind of fellowship. We will keep worshipping God for we know with God all things are possible.
“I want to thank the Commissioner for Lands for his initiative in bringing Christians together. Indeed, your prayers contributed to the success of the election.
On his part, the convener, Mr. Bonaventure Enemali said the event had been a significant contributor to the State’s economy through tourism and its associated businesses.

According to him, the event which is now celebrated annually, would always projects God through pure worship and tremendous experience of the presence of God for His manifold blessings.
It was gathered that the event preceded by Christmas Carol led by Sir Jude Nnam, featured live ministrations from frontline gospel artistes such as Sinach, Frank Edwards, Mercy Chinwo, Mr. M. and Revelation, Joe-King, Gratitude, Preye, A.A Abundance, Steph Kerry, among others.
