The EEDC image maker listed the affected towns to include Umuelenwa, Umuagu, Umuelemeoha, Obohia, Agburuike, Ahiafor, Umunkpeyi and Amanwachukwu.

Others thrown into darkness are Umuakwu Nsulu, Okpuala Ntigha, Azuiyi Oloko, Umuogele, Egbelu Osusu, Timber and Nvosi sub stations etc.

He added that the vandalization incident affected power consumers in more than 5 LGAs of the state, but had been reported to the Umuahia and Okpualangwa Police stations.
