Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State has congratulated former Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Martin Elechi on his 80th birthday.
In a congratulatory message to the former governor, Umahi said Elechi remains a precious jewellery in the political history of Ebonyi State.
The letter reads in part: “It is with a deep sense of love that I felicitate with our father and former Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Chief Martin Nwanchor Elechi, CON on his 80th birthday.
“Your Excellency, my family and I celebrate you as a sage and pathfinder of heart-warming legacies and we hold in a high esteem the fond memories of our shared vision in the development of Ebonyi state. You remain a precious jewellery in the political history of our dear state”.
“On this eventful celebration therefore, I convey to Your Excellency, the warm regards, best wishes and affectionate considerations of my family, the government and people of Ebonyi State”.
In a related development, the Chairman of PDP Ebonyi State, Chief Fred Udeogu has congratulated the former governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Martin Elechi on the occasion of his 80th birthday.
In a congratulatory message to the former governor, Udeogu prayed God to continue to sustain Chief Elechi’s health as he live to accomplish more feats for the benefit of Ebonyi, Nigeria and the entire human race.
