Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt has reserved judgment for weekend on the appeal brought by the suspended National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Prince Uche Secondus against the PDP, one Ibeawuchi Ernest-Alex and eleven others.
News Echo reports that the three man panel led by HARUNA SIMON TSAMMANI reserved the judgment after counsels to the parties argued and adopted their final written addresses.
Prince Uche Secondus is asking for Interim order of injunction restraining PDP from holding their national convention scheduled for Saturday, 30th and 31st of October, 2021 pending the determination of the substantive appeal.
