Two 2023 Southeast presidential hopefuls, Sam Ohuabunwa and Justice Umeadi, including aspirant for House of Representatives Awka North/South constituency, Hon. Sir Christan Ezenwoke on Tuesday declared that Nigeria can only attain greatness and realise its potential if an Igbo becomes President of the country in 2023.
Ohuabunwa and Umeadi stated this during the South East Media Conference, Exhibition and Awards held in Awka and organized by the De Erudite Communication with its theme “Exposing the Africa Narrative Through The Media with a Focus of Economic Rediscovery of the Igbo Nation”.
Speaking during the event, the Chairman of the occasion, Prof. Justice Peter Umeadi thanked the organisers of the event as it was a good platform to rediscover the Igbo Nation and bring back the ideology of Think Home.
Justice Umeadi who made his intentions know at the event as he warms up for the Presidential Aspirant in the forth coming 2023 general elections said his ambitions was to put the Igbo Nation on the map as we they ought to be.
Speaking also at the event was the Chief unveiler of the Erudite Magazine, Dr. Chike Obidigbo who spoke on the marginalization of the Igbo Nation, siezed the opportunity to encourage the elderly Igbo to support the Youths as they are the hub to a greater Igbo Society.
While launching the second edition of the Erudite Magazine, Hon. Sir Christian Ezenwoke, appreciated the gesture of the organisers of such huge media event, while he hinted that such should be done yearly for the futherance of the Igbo Nation.
He went further to make known to the media that he has the Divine Mandate to run for the House of Representatives Awka North/South, a Converner of Charles Soludo Support Group, and Charity Lover. He went ahead to advice all the politicians to shield there swords as the victory of the Governor-elect of the state was a Divine Mandate.
Awards were presented to prominent individuals and certificates of recognition issued to some selected journalists among them was our Awka Awka Correspondent for their outstanding services to development. Also, Ada-Igbo beauty pageant, Exhibitions of homely produced goods were part of the side attractions.
