The Nigerian Association of women journalists, Imo State has congratulated Amb.Hon Ijeoma Arimanwa Obiezu on her recent appointment and posting as the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Ireland (Dublin).
In a release signed by the state chairperson of NAWOJ, Imo state Barr Vivian Ottih, she described Amb. Ijeoma Obiezu as a courageous and hardworking woman who had through politics made a difference in the circle of women in the Nigeria politics.
Ottih told Amb. Obiezu to maintain her steadfastness in politics as well as encourage other women to join politics stressing that if there are good number of women like her in the corridors of power that it will go a long way to better the country both economically and otherwise. She pledged the unflinching support of NAWOJ anytime she needs her assistance.
