Rev. Carnelus stated that life outside Christ is a miserable one, pointing out that, the most important thing in life is not how long one leaves but the positive impact one is able to make in the lives of others while alive.

He described Late Ezinne Eugenia Ethel U. Eke as a virtuous woman who lived her life on Earth to the glory of God. The Rev. Father said that late matriarch was a devoted Christian who lived to satisfy God and humanity.
He urged Christian mother’s to emulate her and prayed that she rests in peace.

In his speech, her son who is the chief mourner, HRH, EZE EMMA EKE. ( Okabia 1 of Umukabia Ogodo), described his late mother as a role model, a loving and caring mother with the welfare of her children as her utmost priority.
