Late Mr. Stephen Chukwuemeka Nwoye, the husband of Mrs. Patricia Ekwutosi Nwoye, who is the Operations Manager, Deking Holistic Communications network Ltd and a member of the News Echo Newspaper and News Insider Magazine team has been buried at his native home, Umuike Iruogbo Dusogu Awkuzu, Anambra State.
During a requiem service, the Catechist of St Raphael’s Catholic Church, Awkuzu on Tuesday, Igwe Buike, urged Christians to live righteously so that when they die they will enjoy in Heaven with God who designs life.

“Let us live lovely as God wills and designs. Righteousness is the key to Heaven, not number of prayers offered. Let us pray and ask God to help us repent. For, there is no repentance in hell. May the soul of the deceased, Mr. Stephen Chukwuemeka Nwoye, rest in God’s bosom”, the Catechist admonished.

He consoled the bereaved family, as he enjoined them to take solace in God, as well as enliven the good legacy of their husband, father and brother who he described as a man of peace and benevolence.

Expressing grief over the demise of Stephen Chukwuemeka Nwoye, Mr. Charles Anosike, elder brother of the Chief Executive Officer of Deking Group of Companies, Chief (Prof.) Kingsley Chimezie (Ebubemba Ikeduru) and the General Manager of the company, Mr. James Kalu, told those mourning the deceased to bear his loss with fortitude.

In her tribute, wife of the deceased, Mrs. Patricia Ekwutosi Nwoye, described her husband as a loving man who left a lasting impression for humanity to remember him with. “Our days together were lovingly united and we had our own share of peaks and valleys of life, but in all we scaled through.

Although your health in the last few months got me overly concerned, your death is still inexplicable, it came to me as a devastating shock”, she poured emotionally. Stephen Chukwuemeka Nwoye died at the age of 59, leaving his 4 children, wife and parents to mourn him.
