Ebonyi State governor Chief Francis Nwifuru has approved the appointment of Prof. Grace Umezurike as Secretary to State Government, SSG. Prof Grace is a lecturer in Ebonyi State University and the wife of the immediate state commissioner for Health, Dr Daniel Umezurike.
The governor in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Dr Monday Uzor stated that the appointment takes immediate effect. According to the statement Mrs Umezurike will be sworn – in on Tuesday June 13, 2023 at the Executive Council Chamber, Government House, Ochudo, Centenary City, Abakalilki by 10am.
