Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday, October 26, certified the hosting of Orientation Course at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Camp Umuawulu/Mbaukwu, Awka South Local Government Area of the State.
Also speaking, NCDC state focal person on Infection, Prevention and Control, Dr. Kenneth Nwokolo, gave the go-ahead when he toured the camp to ascertain the facility’s level of readiness and compliance to COVID-19 protocols.
Nwokolo, during the visit, inspected various facilities at the orientation camp, including strategically installed taps, wash-hand basins, toilets, hostels, multi-purpose hall and clinic, expressed satisfaction with what he saw and declared it fit for hosting the forthcoming orientation programme.
