The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gregory University Uturu, Abia State, Prof. Gregory Ibe has called on the people of the state to have great confidence as the state has great potential for development.
Ibe in a New Year message to the people of the state, which he personally signed, said the state is steadily making progress.
He expressed confidence about the tremendous potentials of the state and assured that he would continuously and sacrificially partner every development-driven stakeholder in the state, in order to realise the state’s dream.
The statement reads in parts, “I bring you felicitations of joy as we put a permanent seal on 2020 and with great expectation initiate transition into 2021.
“It is against the backdrop of the many challenges that confronted humanity globally in the out-gone year, that I have chosen to enjoin all Abians to remain positive.
As a people of faith, let us therefore quickly heal over the pains and perils of 2020, even as we take sure and steady steps into the prospect of a promising glorious future of great possibilities for our dear Abia.
I remain confident about the tremendous potentials of our state and will continue to sacrificially partner every development-driven stakeholder, in order realise the Abia of our dream”.
