It was all praises and thanksgiving to God, Saturday, as no life was lost in an accident involving multiple vehicles in Anambra.
The accident which involved six vehicles, happened at Obosi by slaughter at Idemili North Local Government Area of the state.

The vehicles include, Toyota Hiace bus with registration number: UGB 16 ZQ, Toyota Highlander jeep with registration number: AAA 861 FA, Toyota 4 Runner jeep with registration number; YAB 33 TD, Toyota Hiace bus with registration number: AKL 330 XA, Volkswagen car with registration number: AQ 535 GDD and a Mercedes Benz 608 with registration number: KTU 733 XZ.

News Echo gathered from an eyewitness that the crash was due to excessive speeding and loss of control from the commercial drivers.
Although no life was lost, a total of 27 persons were said to be involved in the accident, comprising 18 female adults and nine male adults.

The Anambra State Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps, Andrew Kumapayi while confirming the accident, wished the injured quick recovery and warned motorists to desist from over-speeding.
Meanwhile, three male adults who sustained varying degrees of injury refused to be taken to hospital for treatment.
