A renowned broadcaster in Imo State, Chidera Rosecamille Aneke popularly known as Certified Camille has designed art as an advocacy tool for healthcare access.

Chidera Rosecamille Aneke who is a broadcast health journalist at Darling FM Owerri Imo State Nigeria noted that it is the first edition and the theme for this year is Access to Healthcare with hashtag, ‘Art for Health Naija’.
She posited that the event is in collaboration with a group of Artiste (Omenka) who will work around the theme Access to Health care and go on to exhibit for 3 days starting from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th August by 12pm daily in Owerri. She hinted that the objective was to show that art can help in health and well-being in line with SDG 3 which is ‘Good Health and Well-being’.
According to her, it intends to have audience from the health industry and others who love arts. There will be some fun activities in between the exhibition like face paintings, painting games, poetry, networking among others.
She said that the essence of art in human existence cannot be over-emphasized in a society where technology is becoming the order of the day. Camille stressed that because life itself is art, she urged all and sundry to embrace art, especially in health care access.
