Ohaji/Egbema Anglican  Diocese holds Re-dedication  church service in grand style

The Re-dedication Church Service of the Angelica Diocese of Ohaji/Egbema in Imo State has been held in grand style with admonishion on Christian faithful to move out of their present stand in order to possess their God given land.
The Bishop of the Diocese, The Rt.Revd Chidi Collins Oparaojiaku made the call when he delievered his sermon during the church service held at the Anglican Church of Redeemer Orduga, Umuokanne, Ohaji.

The prelate preaching on the topic Fruitfulness in Fulfilment with a Bible reference from the Book of Joshua chapter 1 vs 1 down reminded Christians why they should harken to the promises of God this year.
He declared that 2021 is a year for which Christians should claim their victory, merriment devoid of complaints, insisting that nothing shall stop the work of God in their lives.

He advised men to desist from putting on their usual tires and sitting down in office while another people take over their God’s given possession.
He advised the worshipers that for them to be victorious this year, they should obey all the laws of God adding that every successful year is dependent of the way one worship God.

The Bishop who anchored his sermon on three headings which include Heeding to promise, Heeding to warnings and Heeding to principles, admonished worshipers to hold onto the Bible as everything they want are in the Bible.

He reminded them that by heeding to the principles, they need to be faithful, believe in the Holy Spirit, and come closer to God.
Welcoming the worshipers, the priest in charge of Umuokanne Parish, Rev.Godson Onukwugha thanked the Bishop, the clergy for attending in their large numbers, Christian faithful who also came from their different churches in the Diocese.

Also speaking, the immediate past president of Council of Knight of St.Christopher, Diocese of Ohaji/Egbema, Sir.Raymond Ogara explained the importance of the re-dedication church service to the members of the Diocese.
He said such church service is an annual ritual where all the church workers, clergy, the laity, members are gathered in one roof to seek the face of God before moving into activities of the new year.
