Anambra state Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment and Tourism, Hon Don Onyenji has stated that investing in Anambra lands is a great financial boom for any persons or groups who which to get value for his investment.
Hon Onyenji made the remark during the during a dinner and unveiling of Obosi Soul City in collaboration with ministry of culture, entertainment and tourism
Project” towards making Anambra a supper state held at Hilton Leisure Hotel in Awka on Saturday, 13th April, 2024.
According to the Commissioner, Investing in Soul City is an indication that Anambra state is the place to be, and that is why investing in lands are much valuable as one can think of. We are not surprised that investors are coming to Anambra State because they already know the value therein”.
“Anambra is the safest place in Nigeria and because the Governor, Prof Soludo is building roads everywhere, tourism is beginning to take new dimensions. Soul city Obosi is one of the places you can have peace of mind buying a plot or some plots of land. Now that state govemrnt is talking about Onitsha 2.0, so if you have a land around there then you can make it big. So I encourage people to start investing”.
The Commissioner, however, used the opportunity to thank Prof Soludo for a turn around change in Employment, Agriculture, Education, Road infrasturcture, Health, among others.
In his address, Director Soul City Obosi, Nnamdi Micheal Nwaokoye explained that the Soul City dream is coming to a reality as every facility have been situated for the comfort of the residents. We encourage foreign investors and Ndi Anambra who want to enjoy a serene environment with avaliable resources to come and get a landed property”.
“Our amusement park will commence which will have leisure park and mini zoo. So I want to use this opportunity to commend all the Umunna, and state goverment who have supported the Soul City dream and promoting Anambra state.
One of the stakeholder, Chief Arthur Nwaorah expressed happiness for being a land owner at the Soul City Estate Obosi. He noted that any investor who wants to have a peace of mind must always make sure that he acquires a genuine land free from trouble.
“In buying land one thing you must make sure of is acquiring a registered plot of land that is genuine. I encurage intending investors to take the opportunity of owing some plots of lands at the Soul City Estate where the genuity is 100 percent.
Adding, Mr Tony Mbeki, a media consultant, noted that land is only the valuable that can last longer with increased value any time you want to sell it.
