The South East Renewed Hope Agenda saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the re-election of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Bola Tinubu has empowered no fewer than one thousand persons including a practicing journalist, nursing mothers and inaugurated the Anambra State Chapter to propagate the good news of Mr President, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Bola Tinubu to the grassroot for his re-election come 2027.
The event which took place at the Marble Arc hotel, Awka on 19th July, 2025 with the theme themed “Empowering the Grassroots”, had in presence representatives of the 21 local government areas, party faithfuls and loyalists of President Tinubu.
In his welcome address, Coordinator Anambra State Chapter, South East Renewed Hope Agender SERHA, Comrade Alphonsus Chukwudum Muonagolu said the gathering was to showcase the Group’s interest of Mr President, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s (GCFR), ever ready to implement his promises to the grassroot, to the youths of this great nation Nigeria, women empowerment and community engagement in driving our collective progress and development.
According to the syate Coodinator, “we pledge your commitment to support this good objective of Mr President, and we are using this medium in calling all the citizens the civil servants, leaders, industrialists, all market leaders, community leaders, religious leaders, professional leaders, and wards to join hands with Mr President in order to achieve this great goal and vision on the journey with the Renewed Hope Agenda”.
He stressed that Mr Presidents administration has launched the “RENEWED HOPE AGENDA” focusing on eight priority areas, food security, poverty eradication, growth, job creation, access to capital, inclusion, rule of law and fighting corruption. “The agenda includes economic restructuring and transformation, which aims to boost Nigeria’s economy, increase oil and gas production, revive the manufacturing sector, position Nigeria as a trillion dollar economy, enhance trade and investment volumes and improving the standard of living”.
He further noted that for effective mobilization of grassroot communities in Anambra, providing mobility support, office for the state Chapter, local government and wards, financial support will go along way to moving SERHA forward.
In his speech, SERHA National Coordinator, Hon Belusochukwu Enwere noted that in the Southeast region are here to witness the launching of dedicated Ambassadors who will Champion the message of Hope and Good governance at the Grassroots level. “We are saddled with the responsibility of working towards the re-election of President on 2027. Our focus will be on politics, mobilisation in that every effort is made to promote Mr president re-election bid. “This event is also to showcase it positive Initiative of establishment of Southeast renewed hope agendas.
“As well it is important to note that We are not just here to inaugurate southeast instrumental agenda, we are here as well to empower you with light tools and then to ensure that the little businesses will be addressing today will strive and we are going to navigate any shortfalls.
“We are here not only to inaugrate our state excos but also empower people with packages which include motorcycles, sewing machines, grinding machines, hairdressing kits, bags of rice, and cash support ranging from N20,000 to N200,000 distributed to hundreds of members and indigent families across the state.
Specifically, he disclosed that N200,000 was given to 100 beneficiaries, N100,000 to 200 people, N50,000 to 300 people, and N20,000 to 500 people. Ambassador Enwere emphasized that the gathering was historic and strategic, as the coordinators and secretaries of the 21 local government areas and 326 wards of Anambra State were carefully chosen and assembled.
Corroborating, Mr Chukwudi Anyawuocha, Deputy National Leader, noted that the event was to reach out to the grassroot on the antecedents of Mr. President administration. “We have done the same programme in Enugu, Ebonyi, and today we are in Anambra. For the first time we have a president that is paying attention to the Southeast region and that is why you have the Southeast Development Commission, so there is attention being paid to the Southeast, few days ago Mr President inaugrated the Southeast Investment Company. The essence is to invest in projects in the Southeast, and President Tinubu gave a whooping fee of 150 billion to support these projects. Nothing like this has happened and this is a testament of Tinubu’s love for this region. So we urge the citizens to reciprocate this by voting him in come 2027.

Idemili North, Udeh Favour beneficiary of 200,000 naira from Ukpo- Nnewi South, Mrs Stella Jerry beneficiary of sowing machine from Ukpor-Nnewi South, comrade Uchenna Ezeadigwe beneficiary of hair dressing kits from Awka South and Obadiegwu Ignatuis beneficiary of motorcycle from Anambra west, among others.
