The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, has expressed profound gratitude to the Nigerian judiciary for its unwavering dedication to justice and the rule of law. This commendation follows the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling affirming him and his National Working Committee (NWC) as the duly elected National Executives of APGA.
Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa who spoke through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Dr. Tony Olisa Mbeki Ogbonna “Described the Supreme Court’s judgment as a decisive victory for democracy and a testament to the judiciary’s essential role in protecting the rule of law. He noted that the ruling conclusively ends the protracted leadership tussle, creating a clear path for unity and progress within the party”.
The APGA National Chairman particularly commended the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, for her exemplary leadership and commitment to justice. “Her impartiality and dedication have reinforced public trust in the judiciary as a cornerstone of fairness and equity,” remarked the APGA National Chairman.
Barrister Ezeokenwa also extended heartfelt appreciation to the National Leader of APGA, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo CFR, for his visionary guidance and steadfast support throughout the legal process.
