The Anambra State Government is poised to launch SolutionLens, an innovative tech-driven platform aimed at fostering transparency, accountability, and active citizen engagement in governance. This initiative is spearheaded by the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, the Ministry of Information, and the Anambra State ICT Agency.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by Angela Nwanodu, Public Relations Officer of the Anambra State ICT Agency, it was confirmed that the launch is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025. “The event will adopt a hybrid format, combining both in-person and virtual participation. Distinguished government officials, development partners, civil society organizations, community leaders, tech innovators, and members of the media are expected to attend.
“SolutionLens serves as a digital hub for citizens, enabling Ndi Anambra to monitor the progress of government projects across various sectors, including education, health, infrastructure, and water services. The platform will also provide avenues for public feedback and active participation.
Key Features of SolutionLens:
– Central hub for tracking government projects
– Interactive mapping and user-friendly interface
– Direct communication with government ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs)
“This initiative aligns with the vision of Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, who advocates for a smart, inclusive, and transparent Anambra. The launch embodies his administration’s mantra: “Everything Technology, Technology Everywhere.”
