Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, reiterated his confidence on ability of Governor-elect, Prof. Charles Soludo to deliver on his mandate to ndi Anambra.
Gov. Obiano stated this on sunday while speaking after a holy Mass celebrated by Metropolitan Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Reverend Valerian Okeke during his pastoral visit to St. Dominic Parish Agaja, Abatetem, Njikoka Local Government Area
Calling on the people to give total support to the incoming administration, Gov. Obiano thanked Abatete for mobilising their votes for All Progressives Grand Alliance in the last election, expressing optimism that his successor will perform better than he did.
Earlier in a homily, Archbishop Okeke said that faith in God is the motivation that drives Christians to pray consistently for their needs, pointing out that faith in God shows the limitations of human power and the omnipotent powers of the divine, as God is all-powerful and all-loving to shower his faithful with favours when they pray to him.
The Archbishop however called on all meaning sons and daughters to support the new incoming administration in order to achieve its mandate.
