The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Imo State chapter, has concluded arrangements to have a smooth and a colourful inauguration of its newly constituted executive members.
The inauguration will take place in Owerri amidst funfair on Friday. While having an audience with newsmen in Owerri on Thursday, the Imo State chapter Chairman of NYCN, Comr. Barr Ezinwanne Chimuanya Udoka, stated that the inauguration will be graced by dignitaries across the nation.
He noted that the national body of the council who will perform the inaugural ritual will be represented by the zonal vice president, South East, Comr. Amb. Smart Uwakwem (KSJ), the Amazon of South East, Amb. Chinyere Manukwem including all the South East Chairmen of the council.
“We appreciate the presence of the national and zonal bodies of the council to the inaugural ceremony of the newly constituted executive members of NYCN, Imo State chapter. The council promises that the occasion will be hitch-free, mind- blowing and entertaining”, Udoka stressed.
The Chairman reiterated that other dignitaries from across Imo State including government functionaries, politicians of different political parties and the civil society organizations, the church and the academia will grace the event, mentioning that arrangement has been put in place to see that the inauguration ceremony will be smoothly carried out, as he welcomed all to the event.
