Culture are significant heritage and values of a people that inform their aspirations, thoughts, actions and behavior; but while many other races with do much to preserve, develop and sell theirs to the world, the Igbo race have allowed theirs to decline and infact rust away to near extinction.

But, worried by this fast erosion of our rich cultural values with the less attractive modernity; some Igbo scholars of repute and well informed Igbo personalities have staked to its restoration and promotion.
Among these Igbo eminent citizens spearheading and orchestrating this loud mission of revertalising, resuscitating, re-energising and re-enacting these our rich customs and values that defines our identify as a people is the Uzoagba Ikeduru born business tycoon and investment superstar, Clan Chief Professor Kingsley Chimezie (KSC).

Beating the challenges and phobia of investing in the home soil of Igboland; Clan Chief Professor Kingsley Chimezie (KSC), is setting the pace in the current Igbo crusade of “Home Investment Policy” from far away, Australia, where he has distinguished himself as a scholar of repute and consummate business personality with record-breaking and life-support achievements.

Ebubemba Ikeduru has undoubtedly taking the lead in the expensive and expansive project of reviving and developing our vanishing rich and plausible cultural values in Uzoagba Clan of Ikeduru Local Government Area and Imo State in general using his institutionalised, yearly “OFALA Festival” as the occasion for the promotion of various essential and symbolic Igbo and cultural values.

For his doggedness in his project of uplifting the customs and values of Ndi-Igbo, aside, his highly revered Clan Chieftaincy title of Ebubemba Ikeduru, he has other revered traditional titles to his credit which include Ahumara Eze Mma of Umuguma, Oke Osisi Na Awkuzu, Mmiri Oma Na-Asachapụ Ubiam of Umu Uri Amaimo, Uzo Agbakwa Onye Aku of Uzoagba, Ego Na Ejeije 1 of Isuochi, Ogazi Na Uzoubi, ana-kpokwa ya (he is also called) – “Onye Ofala Na Imo State”.

Infact, the 4th edition of his yearly Ofala Ebubemba Festival is brewing with huge critical preparations and strategic plans at advance gear for a classic and hitch-free celebration.

Like usual, the exquisite jingles will soon be On-Air and the fliers in public domain.

The distinguished Clan Chief and Leader, could best be described with the appellations of “Ikeduru Father of Ofala Celebration” or “Onye Ofala na Imo”, who has invested much in the revival and sustenance of the rich cultural heritage of his people.

Ebubemba’s philanthropy seeks not just to make businesses more charitable, but to make charity more business-like. In addition to his divine calling of helping people drive their careers to fulfilment and realisation by providing employment and career building opportunities in various firms and establishments located in various parts of the world including his home State, Imo -Nigeria.

His philanthropy is designed to offer the weak enough strength, the old longevity, the orphans hope, the less-privileged and widows life-changing opportunities.

Ofala Celebration known to be a highly dignified and valued Igbo cultural heritage, was brought and planted in Umueziogwu in Uzuagba clan of Ikeduru LGA from Anambra State where the highly revered ad celebrated by first class Monarchs and other top notchers of equal or similar dignity.

However, Ebubemba Ikeduru in his desire and curiosity to give his Uzoagba people a dignified cultural identity, sponsored the lending of Ofala Festival from Anambra to Imo and its establishment in his home soil of Umuezeogwu Uzoagba Ikeduru LGA of Imo State, Nigeria, and has sustained the expensive anchoring of the festival for the past four (4) years and still counting.

Ebubemba Ikeduru is among the very few, blessed with a special touch of wealth and the notches to bless others.

Even though, he is not a daily practicing politician yet he is a technocrat and godfather of sort; sustaining livelihood through his expanded numerous business investments, spread in Australia and others countries of the world, including Lagos and Imo State of Nigeria.

He pilots evergreen philanthropic gestures via his NGO, even when the art of giving is not common among many wealthy and super-rich personalities in our divide.

Ebubemba Ikeduru is soundly sitting as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a conglomerate with over ten (10) independent high profile firms in Nigeria, Australia, China and Ghana including DEKING Printing Hub, DEKING Galleria, the News Echo Newspaper, News Insider Magazine and the Echo FM Radio and Television among many others.

Ebubemba Ikeduru is married to a dynamic and brilliant wife, Chief Lady Maureen Nneka Kingsley (Lolo Ebubemba), Co-founder of “DeKing Charity Foundation”, a not-for-profit Organisation aimed at affecting lives by providing strong livelihood support to the less-privileged, the orphanages, women and the youth. Her titles include Odiuko Na Mba of Umu Uri Amaimo, Odi Be Eze, Oso Di Eme among others. A dauntless, spotless and amazon.
