Very often especially in these days of severe challenges we have heard people comment that “this life no balance”. This statement bandied about more in the social media gives the impression that life is full of injustice. It is also used to explain away the inequality that exists in our society. ‘This life no balance o!’ has crept into the slogan of the society.
There are cases where a man can be so blessed with virtually everything in life but may be lacking in one thing that others find easy to access without difficulty. For instance many wealthy men are in search of the fruit of the womb which the ordinary folk in the street breeds with reckless abandon
On this score the statement may appear to have some relevance. But in truth is it right to say that ‘life no balance’. I think this is more a matter of perception, interpretation, and narrow view point. If we reflect critically and deeply, in my own thinking life is in balance. There is no chance game or accident in life.
The explanation here may appear abstract if we press on seeking to convince especially those with locked minds who may have been disoriented by religious bias. There is no injustice in life. Life itself is governed by laws operating in creation. There is no injustice in nature even when it may seem so.
The law of compensation or what is popular called Karma requires that everyone is requited according to his own action. The law is adamantine. It holds true for everyone irrespective of one’s status. There is nothing that is happening to anyone in this life which he is not deserving of.
Eckists would normally say that everything is in its rightful and this is the truth. Life is in balance.
