Conceive great ideas. Try new things. Stretch beyond the limit. Make things happen.
How are you?
Your state of mind determines your state of being. At every given time, how you feel affects what you think, what you say and what you do so feed your mind right. It is no more “garbage in garbage out” as on getting in, some of the garbage will stay! What you consume controls your composition and disposition. Your disposition affects your output which depends on the input.
