All Progressives Congress (APC) Deputy Governorship candidate in the 2023 election in Enugu State, George Ogara, says APC will take over the state in order to quash the ugly narrative of governance therein.

Ogara said this is necessary because the people of Enugu State are in dire need of good governance that will usher in social amenities such as constant electricity supply, portable water, quality and affordable healthcare delivery, good road network, good market environment including employment through commerce and industry and agriculture for even development, peace, calmness, security and joy.

He disclosed this while answering questions from journalists at a function in Owerri last week. He observed that APC will replicate Imo State in terms of infrastructural development.

“Enugu is an APC state. We are going to take over Enugu come May 29, 2023. In the election we are going to run PDP which is not performing well out of Enugu State. We are tired of the cabals holding down the state. The people need positive change and the only alternative platform that can deliver good governance to the people is APC”, the Deputy Governorship candidate maintained.

Ogara who appealed to Enugu electorate to consider the APC contestants in the forthcoming poll as people who have all it takes to enhance good governance in the state in line with democratic tenets, promised that when elected they will not fail the people.
