M.D Swiss Health Care noted that Stress is a resultant effect of preesure, work task l, emotional and physical tension. These are things people experience on a daily basis. “It has a way of weighing people down and at times people don’t know they are stressed which comes with ill health until it becomes chronic and can even lead to death”. Sometimes you start feeling dizziness, headache, fatigue pains, anger issues, mood swings and all that. These are signs that you have been stressed and so when people do not realise that they continue to with work related actions until they break down. Most people equally don’t go check up without knowing this can lead to hypertension, diabetes, inflammation and even cancer”.
He advised workers to take out periodlc time and run check ups, have rest/break at work places, sleep well at night, and avoid excessive alcohol because they equally help to activate stress molecules
Also speaking, The Host who is also the PWAN Global BDE, Nenge Wilson said the training on stress management and a healthy work-life balance was aimed at informing and engaging Asaba residence with the right sense of health and career development. “In order to go far in the PWAN Business you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, what better way to do that than to learn from a health expert and I also want to use this opportunity to thank MLS Jackson Grant, MD of Swiss Healthcare, for facilitating so wonderfully, and to the amazing PBOs for making it a huge success.
