There are so many sites in Nigeria offering job search services, discussions, knowledge base/share and so on. Following my fervent research on all the websites in Nigeria, I have come to conclusion that the best are; linkNaija, nairaland, naijahotjobs and naijapoint. While Naijapoint and Linknaija have been very consistent with managing its users, putting in place high security measures to ensure their users details are well protected, others don’ t seem to put so much effort to protect their users details. I used Naijapoint and LinkNaija for some weeks and was fascinated on how much they protect their users’ details from hackers.
Naijapoint and Linknaija are music, tourism, video and discussion forum websites hosting varieties of forum such as job search, products and services reviews, school search, politics and many more. If you are searching for a job in Nigeria, be assured that you have like minds that are ready to assist you in every area of your need. There are daily discussions on interviews and best companies to work for with their wages discussed in detail. This is your most informative site when searching for jobs either in the oil and gas sector, banking, accounting, consultancy and engineering.
I spoke with HR Managers of some companies in this regard, and I was baffled at their revelation. Six out of ten HR managers I spoke with enlightened me on their confidence at LinkNaija and Naijapoint’s security measures which makes them send adverts to Naijapoint. Multi-national and indigenous companies intending to advertise in Nigeria, I was told post adverts to Naijapoint before advertising on news prints or any other site.
