The Ohaneze Ndigbo has called on the Federal Government to release the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu
Ohanaeze said his release would ease tension and put an end to the incessant insecurity in the south east.
The National Vice-President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief Okeke Ogene said this in an interview in Awka.
Okeke Ogene noted that Ohaneze had done the needful and engaged in various peace talks with President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure his release.
