News Echo reports that the alleged murderer was tied palm fronds and paraded within the community for all to spat at.

However, the cause of the problem that led to the squabble was unknown as at the time of filing this report.

A community member who spoke on condition of anonymity said that crime has persisted because the community way of shaming offenders has been eroded. He hinted that with the way the man was put in a wheel barrow and taken round the community, it will stop repeat of such henious crime by potential threat.
