President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Chief Sir Basil Ejidike, Anambra State APC Chairman as the Chairman, Governing Board National Root Crops Research Institute, Umudike.
In a Letter of Appointment dated 28th March, 2025, The Secretary to the Government of the Federation noted that of Chief Basil Ejidike is a Call to National Service. The appointment takes effect from 26th March, 2025.
Chief Basil Ejidike while Commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for another honour done to him and Anambra APC says the appointment is a beautiful addition to the list of presidential appointments to Anambra state and APC, underscoring Mr. President’s appreciation of members and leaders of the party, All Progressives Congress (APC), and the people of the state.
Chief Ejidike, however, reassures President Tinubu of the continuous support of the people of the state and State Chapter for the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President.
